We have kits for the following models of engines listed below. If you're not sure what each type means, click on the Quick Help Links to the left. Ordering information is below chart.
Ordering is easy. If Yes follows the Engine Number above a kit is available for your engine. If N follows the Engine Number above a kit is not available for your engine. Simply choose the type of kit you require based on your engine model number. The YES link next to the engine number will take you to the shopping cart. When you are checking out, type in all the information you have about your engine and generator in the information box of the order form. Accessories can be ordered by choosing to continue shopping before checking out. You will be taken to the ACCESSORIES page.
*JB & JC Engines
Our book lists the 7.5 JB unit as:
2 cylinder-60 CID
15hp @ 1800 rpm
Our book lists the 7.5 JC unit as:
4 cylinder-120 CID
30.5hp @ 1800 rpm
Both are listed as having a Zenith carburetor,
side draft, 1" SAE flange, and that the air cleaner connection is flat with 3
or 4 10-32 machine screws on 1-3/8 bolt circle.
However, it states that an adapter is not suitable
for these engines because of the engine cover interference.
However, if you think the 1-1/4" of additional
space is not an issue, and the if the above information is correct, a type
2 or Type 4 kit is available.
